Getting Free Articles
Included with Article Friendly are free scripts that will allow you to signup with certain
article submission services such as articleunited.com, Content Crooner or iSnare.com to have new articles delivered right to
your Article Friendly site!
These services can "POST" articles directly to your site's database using the included scripts, and the links to signup are in your admin section's "Admin Link" right nav bar.
Our First Service, ArticleUnited.com
As with each of the following article submission services, articleunited.com has a signup page that you will supply with various information such as a your name, email etc., and requires a specific script to be uploaded to your site's frontend main folder (where your index.php resides). The other article submission service's scripts are in your Article Friendly Scripts zip file, and reside in the main folder with your index.php.
The scripts for each are listed here:

2. Content Crooner - The two required scripts are 1newuser.php, and 1newarticles.php. Both are in the Article Friendly zip where the index.php resides.
3. iSnare - The script name is 11isnare.php and also in the Article Friendly zip where the index.php resides.
ATTENTION! It is HIGHLY recommended that you change the names of any script you use for receiving articles from any submission service.
Now, lets go thru each of the steps to get free articles from articleunited.com. First step (this step is only for articleunited.com) is to get the free script for having articles POSTED to your site, then upload the script to your Article Friendly site's main folder (where the Article Friendly index.php resides). Second step is go to the signup page and fill out each of the required text fields. We will now go thru each signup field and determine what info is needed.
Category Creation
Article Friendly Pro, by default comes with the ArticleUnited.com categories already created. You don't need to create any additional categories.
Site Signup
The first field you need to fill in is the "Email Address". This must be a valid email address you can recieve and read email from! Verify the email address, then fill in your first/last name in the appropriate fields. Select your country, and the next field "Url To Submission Script" if VERY important to get right or you will not get the text author/article on your site (required to verify you recieved them both).
Lets say you downloaded the submission script from articleunited.com, uploaded it to your site and renamed it "united_articles.php", and the WWW URL to your Article Friendly site is articlefriendly.com. Your Url To The Submission Script would be:
http://www.articlefriendly.com/united_articles.php
After you've entered all the information, fill the captcha field, and check the agreement checkbox, then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of that page.
Test Author/Article
After submitting the form, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you submitted. Once you recieve the email, there will be a confirmation link that will take you back to the articleunited.com site to send a test author & article to your Article Friendly site. The Test author name will be "Jan Doe" and the test article name will be "Jan Doe Test Title". If you find both the test author and article on your site, confirm the test as successful, and your site is setup to get free articles automagically!
Troubleshooting
If you don't get the confirmation email, check your junk and trash folders first. If you don't see the email within an hour, use the contact form Here and let them know.
If you don't get both the test author & article, the most common reason is a mistake in the WWW URL to the submission script (typo?). ArticleUnited.com allows you to reset the URL by going Right Here.
If you get the test author or test article but not both, the main reason for this may be your host's server has blocked articleunited's IP number. Ask you host to whielist the IP number of 69.73.145.119
